Happy you are here!
Welcome to the world of gorgeous hair!
It is important you take the time to do proper care and maintenance at home, hair extensions are a personal & financial commitment. I know you want them to last!
Just like human hair growing from your scalp, you need to show your hair extensions a little extra TLC. Here is my care guide to help you maintain and love your hair extensions at home.
Gently brush your hair extensions often to prevent tangling and help distribute the scalps natural oils throughout the hair. (Gently is the keyword) Always brush before getting your hair extensions wet.
Best way to brush is by starting at the bottom and work your way up, this avoids breakage and unnecessary tension.
Please use the extension brush I have recommended for you.
Please try to space out your washes! We do not want you to dry out your scalp and hair. Over washing can lead to excess friction and can compromise the extension install base. Luke warm is best! Do not use hot HOT water.
It is very important you use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.
Please use the shampoo and conditioner I have recommended for you.
Using a leave in conditioner from the mid length to ends will help protect the integrity of your hair extensions. Remember your hair extensions are not connected to a nutrient source so a little extra love will help prolong the life of your extensions.
Do avoid putting any product at the hair extension attachment point by scalp.
Please use the leave in conditioner I have recommended for you.
Using a hair mask will help to revitalize your hair extensions from daily stressors.
I recommend this to be a once in awhile treatment, meaning once a week.
Please use the mask I have recommended for you.
Your hair extensions are 100% real remy human hair. That means minimizing heat and using it safely benefits both your natural hair and your extensions.
Here is a very necessary tip: towel dry your hair to 80 percent dry (or allow it to air dry to 80 percent) then finish with blowdryer. This will help you at home to safely dry to 100 percent, allowing you to close the hair cuticle for a polished look.
Before any use of hot tools make sure your hair is COMPLETELY DRY.
Use thermal protectant and make sure hair is tangle free.
Please use the thermal protectant I have recommended for you.
This is a major one, no going to bed with wet hair! This is not good for your attachment point nor is it good for your hair in general.
Make sure your hair is completely dry and in a low soft braid. This helps to protect the hair, the attachment point and keep it tangle free.
Although it is not necessary but a silk pillow case may be used for extra protection at night.
If you need recommendations, I am always happy to help.
1)Make sure to keep self tanners or spray tan product away from your hair extensions.

You may have heard of the "move up", this in reference to "moving up" your hair extensions when you hit a range of 6 to 8 week mark.
All hair extension applications are not the same. For instance keratin bonds can not be simply moved up. They are worn for a longer period of time and usually are not able to be used again.
The invisible method application used with my Coast Hair Extensions are to be moved up every 6-8 weeks. I will remove the weft and reinstall, this method of "move up" gaurentees the best results and safest process for your natural hair. This method creates a seamless natural look every time, with comfort and longevity in mind.
