    No show/late/cancelation policy

    Policy

    Sydney holds a no show/late/cancelation policy 

    Client must cancel appointment 48 hours prior to their scheduled service or a cancelation fee of 75% of the booked services will be charged, if a client is 15 minutes late or more to their appointment the cancelation fee will apply and considered a no show

    You will also find this policy stated on Sydney's online booking site
